360WorldGuide is a privately held company based in Sweden. The company is a production company with a worldwide operation and has produced 360-images in almost every country in the world, even in remote places like Guam, Cameroon, Nigeria and Borneo.
We use our own photographers as they are highly trained in the special field of 360-photography. They are also very well trained on working in a busy hotel environment requiring a minimum of interruptions in the day to day operation. They are fully aware that the cost of our services often is only 20-30% of the cost of preparing a high quality hotel property for the photo shoot. Most photographers are not aware of this and waste a lot of valuable time. The legal rights to all produced images belong to 360WorldGuide, not to our photographers. This is very important as our clients rely on us having all legal rights.
Our project management team follows the production flow from the order and the initial contact with each property to set a production date. They follow up the actual photo shoot date and via the post production team to the final shipment.
We are a project oriented organization and our premier field of expertise is working with organizations that have a complex environment and will need our project management support to acquire 360-images in a cost efficient manner. This is often global hotel chains as they have little time to manage a photo shoot project involving hundreds of properties with many different photographers and to coordinate the legal issues or travel arrangements as well as the timing issue to be able to produce at the specific time the property is ready for a photo shoot.
It can also be the other way around such as with a tourist & convention bureau with hundreds of local members/partners on a mutual website. The problem here is not travelling but rather a question about implementing 360-images with a standardized look & feel on a mutual website as well as the complex legal aspects. A website owner such as a tourist & convention bureau usually do not have the time or resources to check legal ownership to images but they are legally responsible if anything on their website is published without proper legal rights.
Our standardized contracts take care of all this and the large volumes of productions is of great benefit for the organization members/partners as now even the smallest hotel or museum can acquire 360-images at a reasonable price. A small local museum can actually get the same quality production as Hilton with over 400 properties, at the same price! The cost reduction is usually 50 - 60% or more on our standard pricelist if any of our standard contracts can be used.
360WorldGuide is also a publicist company owning and running 360CityGuide.com. With this website we highlight our finest partners in each city we produce. We select the best we can find in regards to fine design, unique architecture and exciting location. The selected partners are a shortlist with a maximum of 20 partners in each category and we highlight them with our 360-images in the 360Show design format. We use an interactive map as a backdrop loaded with hundreds of 360-images from key landmarks in the city. This is a highly sophisticated marketing platform for the whole city and for the participating partners.
Our website 360ImageBank.com is under construction. This website is now being loaded with thousands of 360-images from all over the world and will be available at low fixed prices. We own the legal right to all our produced images and all design formats and these will soon be available to website owners wanting to spice up their content with interactive content.
